This appeal is disposed of as not pressed as counsel for the appellant says that appellant in the pending SLP before the Supreme Court will seek appropriate directions that since it is the appellant, as per the case of the appellant, who deposited money with DDA for the suit property, it is the appellant who will be entitled at least to refund of that money or adjustment against the mesne profits in the present case.
