% 18.03.2019 CM 12746/2019 (for correction in the judgment dated 19.02.2019) in W.P.(C) 5822/2018 CM 12747/2019 (for correction in the judgment dated 19.02.2019) in W.P.(C) 5846/2018
1.For the reasons stated in the applications, it is clarified that it will be open to the Petitioners in these two writ petitions i.e. W.P.(C) No.5822/2018 and 5846/2018 to raise the same objections as were permitted to be raised in the third petition, i.e W.P.(C) 5831/2018, since the said issue of the nature of land being „urban‟ and not „agricultural‟ was involved in all three petitions which were dealt with by the impugned order dated 19th February 2019. Further, it is clarified that the words and expression that the writ petitions are „dismissed‟ be now read as „disposed of‟.
2. The applications are disposed of accordingly. S. MURALIDHAR, J.
