1. Both sides acknowledge that pursuant to the settlement agreement dated 30th April, 2019 all payments have been made. In that view of the matter, the Respondents have been persuaded not to press the issue of payment of any further amount towards interest. The Award dated 27th May 2008 and the order dated 16th August 2011of the learned Single Judge in OMP No.3 of 2009 shall stand substituted by the terms of the aforementioned settlement agreement dated 30th April 2019.

2. In terms of order dated 30th April, 2019 of this Court taking on record the settlement agreement of the same date, the Appellants are permitted to collect the original share certificates from the Registry forthwith on proper verification of the identity of their authorised representative.

3. The appeal is accordingly disposed of in the above terms. The pending applications also stand disposed of.
