O R D E R

% 28.05.2018 We have heard the appellant and the counsel for the Revenue. The interim arrangement worked out in the Latent Patents Appeal is meant only to act as a stop-gap arrangement, however, the main issues urged in the writ petition require consideration and decision on merits.

In these circumstances, the Court is of the opinion that the learned Single Judge should hear the writ petition, decide it on its merits finally, at the earliest convenience, may be within two months from the date of the order.

List before the concerned Roster Bench in this regard, on 9th July, 2018.

LPA stands disposed of accordingly along with the pending applications.
