O R D E R

% 20.01.2016 Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the dispute between the petitioners and respondent no.2 has been settled by way of Settlement Agreement dated 9th July, 2015, which has been incorporated by way of Consent Decree dated 13th August, 2015. The relevant portion of the Settlement Agreement dated 9th July, 2015 is reproduced hereinbelow:- "As a result of the mediation proceedings the parties have arrived at a settlement and the terms of the same are under:- xxx xxx xxx xxx (ii) It is agreed that the plaintiff, Smt. Nimmi Gambhir, shall not prosecute the present suit for specific performance of the Memorandum of Understanding dated 24.10.2012 in which proceedings, the mediation has arisen and the Petitioners namely Shri Ankit Gambhir and Shri Rajat

Gambhir in the Writ Petition being W.P.(C) No.5705/2014, shall get the said Writ Petition disposed off in the light of the present settlement."

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 9th July, 2015. MANMOHAN, J JANUARY 20, 2016 KA
