This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying inter alia for issuance of the directions to the Tribunal to expeditiously dispose of O.A. No.1669/2017, filed by him against the respondents. 2.

Admittedly, the next date of hearing fixed in the captioned O.A. is 05.07.2018, which is not too far away. We, therefore, decline to entertain the present petition.

The petitioner, who appears in person, states that the respondents have not filed the reply to the O.A., till date and the next date will be rendered infructuous if the pleadings are not complete. 4.

Learned counsel for the respondents shall ensure that the counter-affidavit, if not filed, be drafted and served on the petitioner within three weeks from today and the same be filed immediately after the Tribunal re-opens. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed by the petitioner well before the next date of hearing fixed before the Tribunal. 5.
