O R D E R

% 27.08.2018 The parties have amicably settled all their disputes through mediation. The terms of the settlement are recorded in the settlement agreement dated 23rd August, 2018 recorded before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

The suit is decreed in terms of the settlement between the parties. Both the parties shall remain bound by the settlement dated 23rd August, 2018.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. Since the matter has been settled through mediation, the prayer is allowed and the Registry is directed to issue the certificate to the plaintiff for refund of the Court fees under Section 16 of the Court Fees Act.

The pending applications are disposed of.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
