% 13.05.2016 CM Appls. 17905-17906/2016 (exemption) in W.P.(C) 4235/2016 Allowed, subject to just exceptions.

W.P.(C) 4235/2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "a) Direct the Respondent no.1 to take legal action against to respondent no.2 and 3 through respondent no.2 director and cancel the license of respondent no.3.

b) Direct the respondent no.2 to refer petitioner to U.S.A. for treatment on the expenses of respondent no.2 to save his life.

c) Direct the respondent no.2 and to consider compensation to petitioner for his monitory, mentally and physical loss.

d) To order to shut down the abovesaid money oriented MAX SUPER SPECIALITY HOSPITAL, SAKET to prevent the lives and money of the poor patients/public at large in the interest of justice and human kind.

e) Issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of Pass such other or further orders, as this Hon‟ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." A perusal of the paper book reveals that petitioner has filed a complaint with respondent No.1-Delhi Medical Council against respondents No.2 and 3 on 17th March, 2016, but learned counsel for petitioner states that no action has been taken till date.

Consequently, present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 17th March, 2016 within a period of six months after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondents No.2 and 3. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the controversy. Rights and contentions of all the parties are left open. MANMOHAN, J MAY 13, 2016 js
