1. Mr. Ram Avatar Meena, Assistant Commissioner who is present in Court states that the cheques for a sum of Rs. 28,25,000 has been collected from the Petitioner.

2. As regards the return of Rs. 17,69,570, the Link Special Commissioner, i.e., Ms. Alka Dewan who is present in Court assures the Court that transfer of the sum of Rs. 17, 69,750 by way of RTGS, shall be made to the account of the Petitioner not later than five days from today.

3. In view of the above assurance, the petition and the application are disposed of.

4. If the above assurance is not complied with, it will be open to the Petitioner to revive the petition.
