For the relief sought in this petition, a Legal Notice of 21st December, 2017 was sent by petitioner to respondent-FCI, which was duly forwarded by first respondent to second respondent vide Communication of 18th January, 2018 (Annexure P-3). 2.

According to petitioner's counsel, there is no response from second respondent to petitioner's Legal Notice of 21st December, 2017. 3.

Despite service of advance notice, there is no representation on behalf of respondents.

In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to second respondent to positively respond to petitioner's Legal Notice of 21st December, 2017 within a period of four weeks from today, if not already done, and to W.P.(C) 5800/2018

convey its fate to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. 5.

Second respondent be apprised of this order forthwith, to ensure its compliance.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
