% 17.08.2017 Learned counsel for the respondent points out that the representation made by the petitioner (during the pendency of this writ petition) has been rejected by a speaking order dated 18.03.2017, copy has been furnished to the petitioner. Petitioner seeks permission of this court to withdraw the present petition. Permission granted with liberty to impugn the order dated 18.03.2017 in accordance with law and pleas raised in the present petition are permitted to be raised in the ensuing petition. Petitioner seeks protection for the next two weeks i.e., up to the date of filing of fresh writ petition. His submission is that some coercive steps may be taken against him in the intervening period. He is granted protection for the next two weeks.
