The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner fairly states that the controversy in the present petition is covered by the decision of this Court in All India Institute of Medical Sciences v. Jai Prakash: W.P.(C) 7288/2018, decided on 17.07.2018 and the decision of the Division Bench of this Court in All India Institute of Medical Sciences v. Sakshi Mathur: LPA 311/2018, decided on 28.05.2012.
