% 18.07.2016 The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff states that the present suit is for recovery of possession and mesne profits in respect of the suit premises comprising of basement, ground floor, front area and back area, admeasuring a total built up area of 4,500 sq. ft. situated at A-1/10, Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi-110029. He states that the suit has been valued at `33 lakhs and, therefore, should be transferred to the District and Sessions Judge, (South), Saket, Delhi.

Accordingly, the Registry is directed to send this suit to the District and Sessions judge, (South), Saket, Delhi, List before the concerned court on 30.08.2016. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JULY 18, 2016 MK
