The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation (Amended) Act, 2015, inter alia, praying that the time for making the arbitral award be extended for a reasonable period. The learned counsel for the parties state that the final arguments in the matter have been heard and the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the matter for publishing the award.

In view of the above, the time for making the arbitral award is extended for a further period of two months from today.
