The plaintiffs have sued for permanent injunction restraining infringement of their copyright in their software and for ancillary reliefs. 2.

The parties were referred to Mediation Cell of this Court. 3.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts of Mr. Arjun Pant, Advocate/Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 21st April, 2016 purporting to bear the signatures of the authorised representatives of the plaintiffs and the defendants as well as their respective counsels and mediator along with enclosures has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court.

The appearing counsels also support the Settlement Agreement and seek disposal of the suit in terms thereof.

I have perused the Settlement Agreement and find the same to be lawful.

Accordingly, the Settlement Agreement is allowed and the suit is decreed in terms thereof, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. The Settlement Agreement dated 21st April, 2016 to form part of the decree sheet.
