% 11.02.2019 The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has been given due protection and mercifully for the last few months nothing adverse has transpired. He hopes that the police would keep a benevolent eye on the petitioner's safety and security. The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that the matter would continue to be looked into in right earnest. The parties are present in Court and have been identified by the IO. Mr. Satish Kumar, respondent no.4, against whom the petitioner has complained does not have a counsel. At his request, Mr. Amit Gaurav, Advocate who is present in Court, is appointed as his counsel for the day. The said learned counsel submits that, though respondent

no. 4 denies the averments made in the petition, nevertheless as a law abiding citizen, he undertakes to respect the rights of each individual, to abide by the law and to maintain peace in the neighbourhood. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the petitioner nor any of his family member, would ever be park their vehicle in front of the shop of respondent no.4.
