% 20.07.2018 After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition, with liberty to approach the Municipal Authorities with an appropriate application, in accordance with law, to seek de-sealing of the subject premises bearing No. 459/4, Gali No. 14, Pandav Road, Bhola Nath Nagar, Delhi-110032, in pursuance of the undertaking-cum-affidavit dated 4th October, 2017, filed with the latter. Leave and liberty granted.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending application also stands disposed of.
