At 2.45pm W.P.(CRL) 1495/2016 1.
It is informed that the petitioner no.1 and respondent no.3 have talked to each other in presence of the petitioner's counsel outside the Court. 2.
Respondent no.3 who is the father of the petitioner no.1 submits that W.P.(CRL) 1495/2016
the petitioner need not apprehend any harm from him. 3.
He has also given this assurance in writing as "Mai Mukesh Sharma Putr Shri Swargi A.P. Sharma R/o 21/31, K Block, Gali No.20, West Ghonda Delhi Me Wachan Deta Hu Ki Bhavish Me Mai Apni Putri Suman Wa Uske Pati Himanshu Ko Pareshan Nahi Karunga Mai Inke Ujjawal Bhavish Ki Kaamna Karta Hu. Meri Taraf Se Kabhi Koi Khatra Nahi Hoga" and also pray for bright future for both the petitioners. 4.
He further submits that he has no objection to their marriage and they may live happily wherever they want.

Learned ASC for the State submits that since the petitioner no.2 is resident of Meerut and petitioner No.1 is living with him in Meerut and if in future they apprehend any threat, they may approach the Court having territorial jurisdiction over the place of their residence. 6.
In view of the assurances given by the respondent no.3, petitioners want to withdraw this petition.

Present writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 8.
