% 07.10.2016 By the present Transfer Petition the petitioner seeks transfer of Suit No.663/2014 titled Shri Raghubir Saran Charitable Trust & Ors. vs. Arun Kumar Jain & Anr.pending in the Court of ADJ-08, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to Patiala House Courts to be tried alongwith Suit No.7/2016 titled Arun Kumar Jain vs. Raghubir Saran Charitable Trust & Ors pending in the court of ADJ-05, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. It is stated by learned counsel that the matter pertains to the same property. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has no objection to the transfer of the matter pending in Tis Hazari Courts to Patiala House Courts provided the said suit in Tis Hazari Courts is treated as the lead matter. Learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection. Accordingly suit No.663/2014 titled Shri Raghubir Saran Charitable Trust & Ors. vs. Arun Kumar Jain & Anr. pending in the Court of ADJ-08, Central, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi is transferred to Patiala House Courts to be TRP.C.56/2016

tried alongwith Suit No.7/2016 titled Arun Kumar Jain vs. Raghubir Saran Charitable Trust & Ors pending in the court of ADJ-05, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi. The suit in Patiala House is listed on 27.01.2017. Petition stands disposed of.

All pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of accordingly.

A copy of this order be given Dasti under signatures of the court master to counsel for the petitioner.
