% 01.06.2018 Initial submissions made on behalf of the applicant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the previous bail application no. 185/2018 was withdrawn on 10.04.2018 as the statement of the complainant was yet to be recorded.

On behalf of the State it has been submitted that the statement of the complainant is yet to be recorded. It has further been submitted on behalf of the State that the proceedings under Section 82 Cr.PC, 1973 have been initiated against the applicant and that the applicant is absconding.

There is no ground for grant of anticipatory bail. The application is declined.
