O R D E R

% 31.07.2018 Pursuant to the order dated 2nd May, 2018, the Court has heard the submissions of the parties and has also obtained the clarifications from the Cash Branch, Delhi High Court. The following directions are, accordingly, passed: - (i) The interest accrued on Rs.19,60,455/- from 5th March, 2017 till date be released in favour of the Decree Holder. (ii) The remaining sum along with any interest accrued thereon be released to the Judgment Debtor.

(iii) The amount of Rs.12,89,545/- along with interest which has accrued shall be consolidated and divided into three equal shares to be released in favour of Mrs. Kusum Kumaria, Mr. Mohit Kumaria and Ms. Ratna Kumaria.

The above disbursements shall be made after deducting TDS as applicable on the interest component. All the parties are directed to deposit their copies of the PAN cards with the Registry within one week. The Judgment Debtors shall also give copies of their PAN cards to the Decree Holder within two weeks.

The execution petition and all pending applications are disposed of in the above terms.
