CORAM:

HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE MUKTA GUPTA

O R D E R

% 11.02.2019 Grievance of the petitioner was that due to the matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife, brothers of petitioner's wife who were working in Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology as also National Informatics Centre were tracking his movement resulting in violation of his fundamental rights.

A status report has been handed over which is taken on record. As per the status report, the said facility of tracking is not available in the offices of the brothers of the petitioner's wife. Hence this apprehension is wholly unfounded. Thus, no direction for registration of the FIR can be passed.

Petition is dismissed.
