1. The latest status report dated 13th August 2018 of Inspector Pardeep Rawat, the SHO of PS Sarojini Nagar has been perused. Inter alia it reveals that on 6th August 2018, the husband of the Petitioner Subhash Gupta came to the PS on his own; reported that he has taken a loan from one Suresh Partap Singh, Ram Bharose @ Kallu and Pawan and that Suresh Partap Singh on 27th March 2018 abducted him in a Maruti Swift Car, took him to Bhairon Mandir, Chankyapuri and assaulted him.

2. According to the husband of the Petitioner, he thereafter got afraid and left on 28th March 2018 without informing his family members. He visited Shirdi and then Jammu and remained there. It is stated that complaint of Subhash Gupta has been inquired into. In the meanwhile, the suspects have

obtained anticipatory bail from the concerned criminal court.

3. Since the criminal justice process has been activated and it is expected that it will be taken to his logical end, no further orders are called for in the present petition.

4. The petition is disposed of.
