% 30.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the main relief sought by the petitioner, who appears in-person is that, the respondent no.1 should be directed to ensure appointment of medical officers in all private schools, in accordance with Rule 38 of the Delhi School Education Rules, 1973.
Mr. Sanjoy Ghose, learned counsel, who appears on advance notice for the respondents, submits that the respondents have already issued a circular dated 04.02.2013 in compliance with the directions of this Court in W.P.(C)No.7814/2011. He, however, submits that in view of the grievances raised by the petitioner in the present petition that there are no medical officers in certain schools, the petitioner may be directed to provide details of particular schools where according to his information, medical officer have yet not been appointed. He assures this Court that upon the petitioner providing
specific details, the respondents will take appropriate action against such schools to ensure compliance of their own circular dated 04.02.2013.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondents, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition any further and the same is disposed of as not pressed. REKHA PALLI, J MAY 30, 2018 sr
