Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of his client to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action after taking steps to obtain the enquiry report and the evidence led before the Enquiry Officer based on which the impugned order dated 16.11.2013 was passed by the Disciplinary Authority removing him from service.
