The petitioner seeks quashing of the chargesheet dated 03.09.2015. 2.

Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the fact that inquires conducted by the CBI as well as a former Chief Justice of a High Court have exonerated the petitioner, the prosecution has filed the subject chargesheet.

Learned senior counsel, under instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition and submits that he would be raising all pleas, available in law, at an appropriate stage before the trial court. 4.
