% 12.08.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No.413/2013 registered on the complaint of the complainant under Sections 324/ 34 IPC against the petitioners.

The complainant is present in Court. He has produced his election ID Card to prove his identity. The same has been shown to the Court and returned.

The parties state that they have arrived at a compromise. The complainant states that he also joins the prayer for quashing of the FIR in question.

Accordingly, no useful purpose would be served in proceeding further with the FIR in question and the proceedings arising therefrom. The same are hereby quashed.
