% 11.05.2016 During the course of hearing, respondent no.1 has pressed only the relief of disposal of the application (Annexure P-4) of the petitioner by the Tree Officer, in a time bound manner.

So far as reliefs against the SDMC, petitioner reserves his right to file fresh writ petition, after the disposal of application of petitioner by the Tree Officer. Writ petition is disposed of with directions to respondent no.1 (Tree Officer) to dispose of the application of petitioner within four weeks by a speaking order after affording opportunity of hearing to petitioner and communicate the order to the petitioner.
