% 18.07.2018 These two petitions deal with the winding up of the respondent Company. This court has already in Co. Pet. 81/2014 by order dated 15.05.2018 appointed the OL as the Provisional Liquidator. Nothing further survives in these petitions.

These petitions are disposed of.

Liberty is granted to the petitioners to file their claims before the OL within six weeks from today along with supporting documents. If for some reason, the winding up is recalled in Co. Pet. No. 81/2014, liberty is granted to the petitioners to seek revival of the present winding up petitions.
