% 05.07.2018 In this matter notice has yet not been served on the respondent. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in terms of the Insolvency And Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Ordinance, 2018 No.6 of 2018 which was promulgated on 06.06.2018 whereby an amendment has been inserted in Section 434 of the Companies Act, the present matter be transferred to NCLT.

In view of the above amendment, the matter is transferred to NCLT, Delhi Region.

File of the present petition may be transmitted by the Registry accordingly.
