% 12.05.2016 By this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the show cause notice issued by respondent. I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition against the show cause notice.

It would be open for petitioner to respond to the show cause notice by filing reply.

If any such reply is filed within one week, same shall be considered by respondent, in accordance with law. Opportunity of hearing be also granted to petitioner before passing the speaking order.

Writ petition is disposed of with the above observations. All the miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
