During the course of hearing, it is agreed that the appeal be disposed of and is accordingly disposed of by consent by setting aside the impugned judgments of the courts below observing that there is no bar of jurisdiction of civil courts to decide the matter in view of Section 185 of the Delhi Land Reforms Act.

All other issues whether of fact or law are left open and the trial court will decide the suit in accordance with law. 2.
