Respondent no.4 under instructions submits that the suit property i.e. the property No.3582, Katra Deena Beg, Laal Kuan, Delhi has been booked and the 5th floor has been demolished. The property is in fact lying sealed. This fact that the property has been lying sealed has been supported by the status report filed by respondent no.5. It is stated to have been sealed on 04.6.2016. Learned counsel for respondent no.5 stated that no further unauthorized construction is being carried out in the property as the same is sealed.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 submits that if any deviation/illegal construction is noted on the property the same shall be answered in accordance with law. Necessary action shall be taken.

No further orders are called for in this petition. Petition disposed of.
