Learned counsel for appellant, on instructions from appellant Mr. Safayet Hussain, who is present in Court, submits that since the parties have entered into a settlement, the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing with the present appeal.

Learned counsel for respondent submits that, as per his instructions, the matter has been amicably settled and respondent Mr. Sirajuddin is also present in Court.
