% 12.10.2018 IA No.13846/2018 This is a joint application filed under Order 23 Rule 3 CPC seeking passing of a decree in terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement attached to the application dated 29.9.2018. The present suit is filed for decree of partition directing division of properties mentioned in Schedule 1 and Schedule 2 appended to the Plaint by metes and bounds.. Parties are siblings/LRs of the siblings of late Smt.Bimla Kapur. The property belongs to the estate of late Smt.Bimla Kapur. The estate has been distributed amongst the parties in terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement. The terms and conditions of the family settlement are legal and valid. It is supported by affidavit filed on behalf of the parties. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the family

settlement. Present application is allowed.

CS(OS)237/2016 The suit is decreed in terms of the Memorandum of Family Settlement. The settlement shall form part of the decree sheet. Suit stands disposed of.
