Mr. Kunal Malhotra, learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant who is present in Court and duly identified by the I.O., submits that the appellant does not wish to press his appeal on merits as he has completed his entire substantive sentence and, upon payment of fine, was released from jail on 02.12.2020. The appellant's gate pass has been handed over and the same is taken on record.
