This application has been filed by the Defendant seeking permission to deposit the decretal amount in terms of the Judgment dated 24.07.2024, passed by this Court in the present Suit wherein this Court has directed the Defendant to deposit the charges under the Service Agreement @ Rs.35,400/- w.e.f. 01.11.2001 till 31.05.2022, subject to adjustment of the security amount, if paid by the Defendant. The Defendant was also directed to deposit the interest @6% from the date of 01.11.2001, till the date of payment.

By way of the present applications, the Defendant seeks permission to deposit the decretal amount which has been calculated upto 31.10.2024. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff has handed-over a letter whereby the Defendant has been requested to deposit the amount in the following manner:

In view of the statement given by the Plaintiff, the Defendant is directed to deposit the amount in the abovementioned accounts. 5.

The applications are disposed of.
