% 14.02.2025 CM APPL. 9168/2025 (U/O 23 R1 r/w Section 151 CPC) The present application has been filed for the withdrawal of the appeal and for directions to the Registry to release the money lying with it. Learned counsel for the appellants states that the parties have settled the matter out of court. It is further submitted that possession of the suit property has already been handed over to the respondent. Learned counsel also submits that the amount deposited in pursuance of the impugned judgment dated 14.08.2013 may be released in favor of the appellants along with any interest accrued thereon, if any.

In view of the above, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The amount deposited with the Registry of this Court is permitted to be released in favor of the appellants along with any accrued interest, subject to due verification and completion of formalities.
