% 01.03.2017 Mr. Ajay Digpual, learned counsel for SDMC has handed over a Status Report dated 01st March, 2017. In the said report, it is stated that the property in question has been sealed.

Mr. Digpual assures this Court that further action in accordance with law shall be taken.

Mr. Dayan Krishnan, learned senior counsel for respondents No.3 and 4 states that demolition action has already been impugned by his clients

before the ATMCD. He further states that since the property has been sealed yesterday, his clients intend to file fresh proceedings before the ATMCD within a few days.

Needless to say, the ATMCD shall decide the appeals filed by respondents No.3 and 4 in accordance with law and without being influenced by any observation made by this Court. Recording said statements and with the aforesaid liberty, present contempt petition and application stand closed. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 01, 2017 js
