% 11.01.2019 Crl.M.B. 23/2019 By this application, the appellant seeks interim suspension of sentence on the ground of marriage of his daughter which is fixed for 27th January, 2019.

A status report has been handed-over which is taken in record. As per the status report the factum of marriage of the petitioner's daughter has been verified to be performed on 27th January, 2019. Considering the fact verified, this Court deems it fit to grant interim suspension of sentence to the appellant. It is therefore directed that the sentence of the appellant be suspended for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹25,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court. Application is disposed of. Order dasti.
