% 13.12.2018 Learned counsel for the judgment debtor no.3 submits that the decree has been complied with i.e. conveyance deed has been cancelled vide endorsement dated 27.10.2018. Copy of the same has been produced before the court and the same is accepted across the board and is taken on record. Copy of the same has also been provided to learned counsel for the decree holder. Learned counsel for the decree holder submits that in view of this development, the decree stands satisfied. Accordingly, the execution petition is disposed of.
