O R D E R

% 31.08.2016 Petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he intends to file SLP in the Supreme Court after engaging a counsel of his choice and also to maintain social ties. Address of the petitioner has been verified. It is reported that wife of the petitioner is found living at the given address on rent for the last six years. It is trite to say that every convict is entitled to avail all legal remedies as may be available to him upto the highest forum. It is also noted that a convict in a long incarceration if released on parole at least in a year, it aids to his physical and mental well being. Petitioner is in incarceration for about 7 years and his jail conduct is satisfactory as is reflected from his nominal roll.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that petitioner be released on parole for a period of one month from the date of

his release, subject to furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Jail Superintendent. Petitioner shall report to the SHO police station Karawal Nagar, Delhi once in 10 days, that is, on Mondays at 11:30 am.

After completion of parole period he shall surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Copy of the order be sent to the concerned Jail Superintendent. A.K. PATHAK, J.
