% 24.01.2017 Ex.P.292/2012 Present execution petition has been listed today by the registry pursuant to minutes of the meeting of Hon'ble Judges (Original Side) held on 20.10.2016 and approved by Hon'ble Chief Justice on 17.11.2016 as per which the pending execution petitions involving a sum upto Rs. 2 crores have to be transferred to concerned District Court.

Learned counsel for decree holder has admitted that sum involved in the present execution petition is less than Rs.2 crores, therefore the present matter needs to be transferred to concerned district court.

In view of same, the present execution petition stands transferred to the court of learned District & Sessions Judge, (Central) (Headquarter), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi for 22.02.2017 at 10.00 a.m. Parties are directed to appear before the said court.
