% 29.08.2018 Demarcation of subject land was sought by petitioners vide application of 16th February, 2018 (Annexure P-8). Learned counsel for petitioners submits that no response to this application (Annexure P-8) has been received till date. Attention of this Court is drawn to an order of 20th July, 2017 (Annexure P-13 colly. to C.M.32171/2018) to submit that in case of petitioners' immediate neighbour-Lal Chand, demarcation of his land has been done. So, on parity basis, demarcation of subject land is sought by petitioners. In the facts and circumstances of this case, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition with direction to respondent No.2 (as per amended memo of parties of 6th August, 2018) to consider the application (Annexure P-8) within a period of six weeks from today. If for any W.P.(C) 5837/2018
reason, the prayer made in the application (Annexure P-8) is not accepted, then a speaking response to this application (Annexure P-8) be given by second respondent within the aforesaid time-line, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies as available in law, if need be. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the applications are disposed of.
