% 25.07.2016 The case of the petitioner is that she was vending near gate No. 1, Palika Bazar, Connaught Place, New Delhi since the year prior to the year 2007. No specific date has been mentioned. Be that as it may, the submission of the petitioner is that as on date, she is not sitting at the site as she has been forcibly removed from the site.

On advance notice, learned counsel for the respondent has put in appearance. His submission is that no challan of the year 2007 has been filed; submisionis that challans for the year 2015 have been filed which clearly show that the petitioner is a new squatter. It is however admitted fact that a TVC qua the respondent has been constituted. This petition is disposed of with liberty granted to the petitioner to approach the TVC for the redressal of his grievance. INDERMEET KAUR, J JULY 25, 2016
