I undertake that on receipt of Rs.39,40,000/- by 7th October, 2016, I shall hand over vacant physical possession of property No.1533-F, Ist Floor, Wazir Nagar, Kotla Mubarak Pur, New Delhi to the petitioner Smt.Kamlesh Tyagi by 10.10.2016. I will also execute the necessary deeds as requested by the petitioner regarding the Bulandshehar property on receipt of the said sum of Rs.39,40,000/-.
