Mr. Gupta, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, says that the petitioner's appeal, which, is lodged with respondent no.1/MCI should be heard at the earliest.

2.1 Mr. Gupta, learned senior counsel, says that he does not wish to press the interim application.

2.2 Furthermore, Mr. Gupta says that it is precisely for this reason that the complainant has not been arrayed as a party to the present proceedings.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent No.1/MCI to hear and dispose of the petitioner's appeal at the earliest, though, not later than four weeks from today. Respondent No.1/MCI will give notice to all concerned parties, which, would includes the complainant.

The Registry is directed to dispatch a copy of this order to the complainant at the address recorded in respondent No. 2's/DMC's order. For the sake of convenience, the same is set out below: "80/9, Kishan Garh, New Delhi"
