Mr.Ashish Aggarwal, A.S.C. for the State has placed on record 12.05.2016 of Deputy Commissioner of Police, West District, New Delhi whereby the investigation of case FIR No. 964/15, dated 20.11.15, under Section 306/34 IPC, PS Moti Nagar is transferred to DIU/West District with immediate effect.

In view of the above, the writ petition has become infructuous. 4.
