O R D E R

% 11.06.2018 This is an application for regular bail, in FIR No.332/2016, registered at PS Phaharganj, New Delhi.

Learned APP for the State fairly accepts that this court has, vide order, dated 10th May, 2018, granted regular bail to Tarush, who is a co-accused in the same FIR and whose case stands on the same footing as that of the applicant/petitioner.

In view thereof, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court, if not required in any other case. The petitioner shall not do anything which may prejudice either the investigation or the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall not make any endeavour to contact the complainant or any of the prosecution witnesses. The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial court.
