% 11.12.2018 The petitioner seeks removal of his name from the list of 'Bad Characters' from the State Dossier No. 112755 dated 18.10.2012, DistrictNorth-East, Police Station-Welcome. Ms. Nandita Rao, the learned counsel for the State, relying upon the Status Report dated 23.07.2018 and upon instructions from SI Dharamveer, P.S. Baba Haridas Nagar, submits that there has been no adverse report apropos the activities of the petitioner since the year 2000. Hence the police would consider placing his name in 'Bundle B'. The Court would note that 18 years have gone by and nothing adverse has been found against the petitioner. There would be no reasons for his name to be continued or classified in the list of 'Bad Characters' of the area. In view of the above, the petition is allowed. The petitioner's name shall be deleted from the list of 'Bad Characters'. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
